Frequently asked questions
What do compression boots do?
The chambers in the boots rhythmically compress and release the muscles in your legs. This supports recovery after training or a match and can reduce the feeling of heavy, tired legs – so you turn up to your next session fresher.
How strong is it, and can I adjust it?
Yes. The pressure can be adjusted between 30 and 240 mmHg, so everyone can find the right intensity – from gentle relaxation to a powerful massage. On the colour LCD control unit you can choose from 5 massage modes. We recommend starting at a lower pressure and increasing it gradually.
How long is a session, and how often should I use them?
You can choose 15, 30 or 45-minute programmes. We recommend 1–2 sessions a day, for example after training or in the evening while watching TV.
How long does the battery last?
The built-in 3,200 mAh battery provides about 90 minutes of use on a full charge. That's, for example, six 15-minute, three 30-minute or two 45-minute sessions.
Can I use them anywhere?
Yes. They're wireless, so you don't need to sit next to a socket – use them on the sofa at home, in the changing room after training or even while travelling.
Can I put them on by myself?
Yes. You can put them on and adjust them in a few seconds, without any help.
Who shouldn't use them?
Consult your doctor before use if you have or suspect a blood clot (such as deep vein thrombosis), have a heart or circulatory condition, open wounds or skin infections on your legs, have had a recent injury or surgery, or are pregnant. If you feel pain, numbness or tingling, stop using the boots.
