The webshop operates on the Shopify e-commerce platform.
Shopify provides the online e-commerce platform that allows the Seller to sell Products and services to Buyers.
The language of the contracts concluded under this GTC is English.
Contracts concluded via the Website qualify as electronic contracts. They are not filed in paper form by the Seller but are stored electronically.
Prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency selected at checkout.
For customers within the European Union:
The webshop applies destination-based VAT.
The invoice is issued with the VAT rate applicable in the Buyer’s EU Member State in accordance with EU VAT rules (OSS scheme).
The applicable VAT is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.
For deliveries within Hungary, Hungarian VAT (27%) applies.
The Seller may modify prices from time to time due to business policy reasons. Such modification does not affect contracts already concluded.
If the Buyer wishes to pay upon delivery, they may choose “Cash on Delivery” at checkout.
⚠️ Cash on Delivery is available only for deliveries within Hungary.
For deliveries outside Hungary, this payment method is not available.
Online payments are processed via Shopify Payments.
During checkout, the Buyer may choose from the payment methods available in their region (e.g. bank card and other payment solutions displayed at checkout).
Payment is processed securely within Shopify’s certified payment infrastructure.
The Seller may withhold delivery of the Product until full payment (including delivery fee) has been successfully received.
The Products are delivered by GLS courier service.

Parcel point pickup is available within Hungary.
The Buyer may collect the package within 5 working days from notification, during the opening hours of the selected GLS Parcel Point.

After placing the selected Products in the cart and entering billing and shipping details, the Buyer may submit the order at the final step of the checkout process by clicking the “Place order”, “Complete order” or “Pay now” button (wording may vary depending on language settings).
Information displayed on the Website does not constitute an offer by the Seller.
By submitting the order, the Buyer makes an offer and acknowledges that submitting the order entails a payment obligation.
The Buyer remains bound by the offer for 48 hours.
If the Seller does not confirm the order within 48 hours, the binding period expires.
The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email no later than the next business day.
The contract is concluded when the confirmation email sent by the Seller becomes available to the Buyer in their email system.
If a package is returned to the Seller marked as “Unclaimed” or due to failed delivery caused by the Buyer, the Seller may:
require advance payment (including delivery fee) for future orders,
charge the Buyer for additional delivery costs incurred for re-shipment.
This does not affect the Buyer’s statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
The Seller does not discriminate between customers based on nationality or place of residence within the EU.
For cross-border orders:
Cash on Delivery is not available.
Payment must be made online via Shopify Payments.
The applicable VAT rate of the destination country is applied automatically.
Delivery options available at checkout apply equally to Hungarian and non-Hungarian Buyers.
Consumers (natural persons acting outside their business activity) are entitled to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days.
The withdrawal period starts:
on the day the Product is received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear statement of withdrawal to:
The consumer must return the Product within 14 days of withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the consumer.
The Seller refunds the full amount paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned Product or proof of return.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
In case of defective performance, the Buyer may request:
repair,
replacement,
proportional price reduction,
or termination of the contract (as a last resort),
in accordance with Hungarian Civil Code and Government Decree 373/2021 (VI.30.).
In consumer contracts, defects detected within one year from delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
The Buyer may assert product liability claims against the manufacturer within two years from the date the Product was placed on the market.
For new durable goods listed under Hungarian law (Government Decree 151/2003), mandatory guarantee periods apply depending on purchase price:
2 years (HUF 10,000–250,000)
3 years (above HUF 250,000)
Guarantee rights exist in addition to implied warranty rights.

The Seller responds to written complaints within 30 days.
If the complaint is rejected, the consumer may initiate proceedings before the competent Conciliation Board or Consumer Protection Authority.
This contract is governed by Hungarian law.
EU consumer protection rules remain applicable where mandatory.
