The Greek-Hungarian player competed in Greece between 2018 and 2020 for Ergotelis in the second division. Since salaries were often delayed, he realized that if he was not playing at the highest level, he needed another source of income in order not to worry about finances. He set a goal to build a company that could provide financial stability for himself and his future family.
Naturally, he looked for business opportunities within football. Together with his former teammate, Slovak Denis Jančo, they started distributing goalkeeper gloves under the name Willpower. Alongside the goalkeeper glove business, the Gripower brand also began to grow. Grip socks are anti-slip socks with grip pads, which are increasingly preferred by players at all levels.
Why players cut the foot section off their leg sleeves
Grip socks provide much more stable foot positioning inside the shoe. Because of this, football players began cutting off the foot section of their club-issued leg sleeves so they could wear grip socks during matches.
